So, This made the news, and that shmuck got off with some community service and some other bull shit.. What the hell, Now we are minus one awsome fish, and plus one more dumbass who thinks he's a fisherman... but In reality he can't tell a seabass from his mothers mustach.....wtf

OCDA filed charges against the fisherman AND the boater.

I fish these waters all the time and am aware what is legal and what is not. It is the biggest part of resource management. Ignorance is no excuse. Helluva thing to teach those kids on the boat.
