for this vid i used windows movie maker.. but you can do it in vegas as well ^^
you cut the clip in 2 pieces at the part you ant it to flash, and then you make them go a bit over eachother, so you have an transition. then you rightclick on the transition, then go to transition, and choose insert sony flash ^^
