I think you have misunderstood what the Bible is saying about slavery. I just researched and posted a video on biblical slavery. You should check out it.
I think the Bible is VERY clear on slavery. It's sad that the Bible gives slavery INSTRUCTION. I bet you're a person who doesn't believe in slavery. It's a good thing that you are bothered by the Bible giving instructions. That shows that you care about people.
Let's look at this gem of family values from the mouth of bible god. Notice how the woman can't choose to stay with her own husband. If you buy a Hebrew servant, he is to serve you for 6 years. But in the 7th year, he shall go free,paying nothing. If he comes alone, he is to go free alone; but if he has a wife when he comes, she is to go with him. If his master gives him a wife and she bears him kids, the woman and her kids shall belong to her master, and only the man shall go free. [Ex. 21:2-6]
I'm not sure when you say christianity, why not include Islam as thats where western slavery came from. 70% of slavery from Africa was to Arab countries where upon today the numbers do not tally to the population of Arab countries, reason many where castrated or just worked to death. So include Islam in your video!!!

Numbers 31:17,18

They kidnapped 32,000 little girls that time!
And a portion were given as slaves
