  • @xSleepingAwakex Uhm, well like Iv said in my previous comments, Iv been flexible since I was younger. I just never tried any moves like this until recently. But it took my about 3 weeks to get this move down.

  • @cowm00n Yeah...I have no idea what its called either. I just saw it on another Youtube video and decided to try it. :) Umm...Im quiet flexible, so it took me about 3 weeks to get it that good.

  • @cowm00n Sadly no, Im not in rhythmic. I would love to tho! Iv begged my parents for the last couple years to put my in gymnastic, but they never got around to it. So I decided to teach myself. :)

  • @cowm00n Oops. Sorry for the confusion. Yes, I was in gymnastics, but not artistic gymnastics or dance, when I was 11, but for only 6 months cause I had broken my leg. But when I was a child I was always putting my head between my legs. Iv had this flexibility since i was a child, but iv never learned anything artistic until recently. So its taking my body sometime to get used to the stretches and everything else. It took my 3 weeks to get used to that move.

  • @4everbabe22 I hope you realize how much of a gift that is! Most people can barely even do a bridge, and even fairly flexible people have to work for months, if not years, to be able to touch their head to their butt. Most people who can comfortably go further than that have been training since they were little!

    Do you feel a stretch at all when you do have your butt and your shoulders touching? How long do could stay in that position (not holding yourself up with your hands, of course)?

  • @4everbabe22 Also are you able to go even further and get your shoulders to touch the backs of your legs? Meaning, you'd have your head between your legs like you said.

  • @cowm00n I dont feel much of a stretch when im in that position. I can maybe hold in for 2 minutes. I havent really tested to see how long i can hold it, thats a really good idea. And yes, i can touch my shoulders to the backs of my legs.

  • @4everbabe22 That is really rare indeed. At least for someone who is not a professional contortionist. Have you ever tried to see if you can pull your shoulders *through* your legs? Like so that you have your thighs essentially in your armpits?

  • @cowm00n No, Im not that flexible. That would take some practice for me to get it. It actually sounds kinda painful.

  • @4everbabe22 I think there are only a handful of people in the world who can actually do that, and they are all people have been training since they were little, so if you could even get close that would be pretty crazy. Have you ever tried to see how far you can actually go before it starts to hurt?
