@Jimborocknroll90 I know this answer's a year late xD, but if you still don't know (and are still interested), you download an emulator to play it on the computer. For example, ZSNES can be used to run super nintendo games. Every hacked game you see is played through a computer using an emulator such as ZSNES.I can't tell you which program you'd use to hack this particular game because I don't know myself, but this is all done only through computer, not the actual console.
