I grew up in Madawaska Maine. As I grew up many businesses left Madawaska. The paper mill in town had been the beating heart of the community. The, two years ago they went out of business because of the economic crash. The layoffs were in the hundreds. The Town was devastated. Where was the state leadership when this happen?
