A great sadness came over me the day I heard you died, rest in peace "old warrior", you gave way more than you took. Play on, play on through the darkest night, cuz the road has finally taken you, to a place where everything is gonna be alright. ;o)
@taariqtaariq Neil Schon wasn't shredding in 72'...nobody was at that point, Schon was shredding in 75' when Journey were a fusion band. Gary Moore was also shredding in 1975 in his fusion band Colosseum II. Anyway, Journey are fuckin gay.
THIS TAKES ME BACK TO MY LAST YR IN SCHOOL, THEY WERE AIRING THIS SHOW IN THE AFTERNOON AFTER SCHOOL HAD FINISHED, MY GOD IT WAS GREAT BACK THEN!! THANKS FOR POSTING!!!

@taariqtaariq listen to Santana when Schon was in his band. That was around `71 or `72. Yes Journey lost the plot after the 1 st disc.
Gary Moore was good , but a bit metal. Zappa or Garcia had more variety and fewer spinal tap moments.
