@anonymousfatkid I don't know about Berserk because I have never seen it, however the other two are actually kind of realistic. Hellsing is actually a little low on the blood count sometimes. Elfen lied on the other hand. It looks like a lot before you realize that the people are exploding. Which means, that is literally their entire body's blood supply spilling out at once..
