Fr next year they go to the national title game, they feast on easy schedule in big 10 (also teams like akron Y-town state) and lose a closer game in the nat'l champ game to eithere a SEC team or USC. possibly WV or oklahoma. next yr. nat'l chap game...Opponent 34 Ohio state 24
Interesting how the "experts" continue to criticize OSU's schedule even this year... in spite of the fact that they play home and away against USC the next two seasons as well as just having played a home and away against Vince Young and Texas in the 2006-2007 seasons. SEC is overrated. Let's see an SEC team actually play a bowl game far away from home... if that's not too much to ask, and speaking of scheduling cup-cakes... just check out the non-conference schedule for most of the SEC teams.

I am only glad they beat OSU because the assumption was made then as it was NOW that OSU would walk into New Orleans because they
"DESERVED IT" It is a year of anything happening. OSU media and fans were saying--"it's not OUR fault someone else loses"
OSU was only #1 by default and NOW it OSU"s fault for losing -at home to the better team with more heart.
