sumo grip appears easier but choosing it all really depends on your body. I lost the link, but what he says is correct. you choose the type of dead lift you do depending on height, torso length, arm length and some other stuff and then you do some dividing ratio stuff and choose which is the best for you.

@vrabel300 Nice man 220 kg is a huge pull conventional for a 148er. Trust me I know lol I'm in the class and my best raw, conventional is around 204 kg. Great job dude! What's your max up to now?
@jpriddy123 i havent maxed in the deadlift since then. i do olympic style weightlifting so I dont really concentrate on the deadlift. heaviest i have gone in the last year has been 190. set of 10 though haha.
