It is at the 2nd tower not the one with all the wraiths and brutes. the one that is empty.

you dont even need it on normal but i dont know why it isnt have you already gotten it?

Alright THIS IS WHERE THE TERMINAL IS:

I had the same problem, I was like wtf no terminal and only two purple crates? That's the wrong building. Basically as soon as you fly off in your hornet you should see the ELITES and two phantoms coming out of the second tower, THAT is where you need to go. It's to your right as soon as you start from Rally Point A.

go to the first building when you get the hornet walkinto the building as if you were walking into the second one but instead of goen threw the door turn around to the oposite walland its sitting right there activate it and dont touch anything wait till it turns red and the screen changes after that tap A until you cant no more and then tap B to exit

there are two towers, one closer to the rally point that a lot of people are missing. this has the terminal in and make sure you don't pass by it.

You can't do the achievment in co-op it has to be single player. =)

I messed up too. I went to tower 3. you have to go to tower 2.. were the elites were... a voice will tell you that tower two has already been cleared when you find it. You have to start from when you first lift off in thye hornets... once you get to tower 3 it wont let you go back

most of them finish with //_fragment end or something, if u keep pressing A and that isn't there, wait untill it goes red then more writing should appear

Ok man this is the problem. Alot of people are flying to the 2nd building. They are kinda identical. Its sorta hard to get to the first one cuz its kinda high. But anyway hope i helped. :D

Thanks man that was the last one I needed. To the people who are saying its not working you may have to go back and look for all the terminals starting with The Ark ones to make sure you got them all.
