@factorxy24 heres my advice, i cant do frontside flips, but i know the main concept. like how i did it first, i kept only landing it with my front foot, cuz i never like commit to jumping with my back foot, so try to wind your body up more for like a regular fs 180. then just release your body, and just like butteryass donovan said, you have your torsos, release your body, and have your back foot go with you. along with your front foot. just get your front foot out of the way. hope it helps.

I set my back foot over the opposite side(right side when riding regular), then set front foot on the other side (left edge). It makes the frontside flip happen vertically, making it hardflip-like. If you keep your front foot further back, you can get some huge pop into them. Catch them on the way up so that you don't get credit carded. I can catch them above waist level sometimes. On a mini ramp, you can blast these over peoples heads.
