I dunno about Cera, maybe he did a good job, but he doesn't fit the character very well.

Most of the actors, tho, seem great for the parts. Brandon Routh is simply PERFECT as Todd. I think he's underestimated as an actor because he's a good looking guy. He absolutely nailed Christopher Reeves' portrayal of the character in Superman Returns. Plus, he's actually a gamer and a comic book reader. I'll be pleased if in in the future he'll try some dramatic roles and get a shot at the Oscars.

I'm really not getting all the hate with Michael Cera as Scott Pilgrim. I've read all the books so far, and have seen all the trailers and TV spots, and from what I can tell, he pretty much plays the character to a tea.

I'll admit in this he seems SLIGHTLY better here, but he's still only like one tier above nicholas cage in terms of acting ability, cage being the single worst actor to have ever achieved any amount of fame.
