I believe I read where this was done in 6B, same studio Conan O'Brien used. This inspired Jay to get out of Studio 1 in Burbank - Johnny's studio - for a smaller more intimate studio, which he felt more comfortable in, like a comedy club.
@pablotabloz My guess this was taped in the Saturday Night Live Studio, 8H in Rockefeller Studio because it looks a lot like it and this studio seems bigger than the others.
