The majority of the time when you rent a place it's supposed to be clean. Also you can get good boxes for free at liquor stores. Always get more than you think you need.

@Ares05 Nope, think it's just due to the low level of light and the camera and not actual shadows moving. Look at the hanging curtain things, too. Just graininess.
