Respond to this video... Yes, they're phase IVb, Amtrak's current paint scheme. And I'm not sure what you mean by you found them on eBay. These were custom painted and no one actually produces them. The only ones that have been made are in N Scale.
@CSXKid5016 o ok 132 is the unit that comes through winter park! most of my vidios hav 132 in them!! Did u hav anything on the q tip? By the way do u know where i can find another walthers viewliner because my local hobby store says walthers is not making them anymore.?.
@train1516 I meant to say the tip was dipped in nail polish remover. The hobby store is correct. Walthers is no longer producing the Viewliners in Phase IV. But you can find them on eBay every now and then. But, Walthers and Amtrak have partnered to bring us the whole Silver Star/Meteor/Cardinal/Crescent/LSL consists in Amtrak's current phase IVb paint scheme in HO Scale. They'll be available exclusively through Amtrak in November. Amfleet II's (coach/cafe), Viewliners, diners, and baggage cars.
You use Microscale P42 phase V decals for the White Amtrak wave logo and the red safety stripe, Highball Graphics decals for the Coachclass decal, and Microscale phase IV Amfleet handicap decals.

@train1516 I bought 132 as unit #44, lightly (with a Q Tip) rubbed the original number off, and decaled #132 on.

@welovetacos4 I got the Amfleet Cars off of eBay. Thats just about the only place you can find them anymore...when there is one available.
