Hey, try different techniques and styles, even it makes you uncomfortable....just move from your comfort zones and try new styles. Or even practice drawing script and calligraphy tpo practice flowing letters together. It helps. Also if you can't go outside and paint tray larger paper or canvas or something, get your arm into drawing not just wrist.
