Back to tarhaya, its reffered to >>> like when u pour water in a glass and after being filled.. it over flows... glass being "taar o taar" I believe shiv meant to say soaked or dipped in fragrance. Sorrry! its hard to translate punjabi into proper english. It's my best interpretation which can be wrong. Thanks
