  • Thanks for uploading this!

  • @ItsAndyDufranee You're welcome. If you find yourself wanting to do the entire program let me know. This is just the first time minutes of the first DVD.

  • how much is this because p90x cost like 120+ american and then another 20 for shipping

  • @mlgxjoey It's the same price as P90X bud, but the good thing about INSANITY is that you don't need any equipment - although I'd suggest you get a yoga mat for the ab routine.

I sell these products, so please, if you are considering picking up this or any other Beachbody product consider buying it from me. Doing so sets me up as your coach and I can be a big asset to your fitness journey. :)

  • @mlgxjoey Oh and the shipping is less when you buy from a coach AND you get additional DVDs that you don't get if you buy it from Beachbody

  • @GetFitReedman alright sweet, thanks for the help man!

  • got tired just watching him!!!

  • Yo do u have the whole dvd set?

  • Im doing this right now!!

  • 3 min. Into This I Gave Up.

I Want This So Baaaaad Summers Comin And Im Way Outta Shape.!

  • @AstonishingAshliee Send me a private message and I can help you order it. I sell all the Beachbody products. I'm a Team Beachbody Coach.

  • I want Insanity ... But i live at Malaysian So i can't afford that CD .. :(

  • @123lazarus just look at the videos the youtube guy put up the one who put this one up?

  • @Ninjaxzzz noone put the full vid

  • @123lazarus I'm sorry bud - I can't ship to Malaysia anyway. :(

  • @GetFitReedman nevermind ...

  • @123lazarus Hopefully you found another way to solve your problem. ;)

  • @123lazarus Download it, if you can't afford it.

  • This is much much harder than it looks, I've done two rounds of insanity. The trouble is once you've done this, all other exercise classes/dvd's are too easy.

  • @savedbygrace1972 Insanity: The Asylum or P90X or P90X2 or Les Mills Pump. :) There is always something new to try.

  • I'm speaking from experience. I'm 42 and have been regularly working out since I was 16 and my joints are screwed thanx to high impact exercises like these.

  • @paynekiller70 That sucks - I'm 37 and have been very active my entire life. While I do have the normal signs of aging or perhaps less so because I am in good shape...I would hope that a person wouldn't strictly do this type of routine over and over again. Mixing up the routine is just as important as the routine itself. A healthy dose of yoga is always a good idea. But, the alternative to not working out is not a pretty one...

  • @GetFitReedman I died, how can you do this!!!

  • Do this workout regularly and you will need a walking stick by the time you reach 40. Knees and ankles will be fucked by that age.

  • @paynekiller70 What about your wrists and thumbs from the countless hours of video game playing? The body is meant to move.

  • Will this reduce my muscle size? im very interested in this and I've been going to the gym for 3 years. im just worried all the cardio will take away from the muscle mass

  • Barely*

  • Ok, I tried to follow along. Fail. After 13 years if smoking, and Beverly really working out, I think I'm ready. To kick the habit, and start moving. Thank you!

  • Comment removed

  • i got halfway and my legs just turned into jello and my hamstrings are on fire.....

  • How long has it been. N how many days after did u see results?

  • I'ma at 5 minutes, and I have had to take like 4 breaks already. It's my first time doing this. I never work out.

  • @phunkyyall I was the same stock with it, this programme will change your life!

  • I definitely need to keep doing this routine. Its hard, but it hurts so good. Gotta buy the complete set soon. : )

  • OMG!! this is not easy:/ great video!! thank you.

  • @mxca23 You're welcome.

  • Im on Insanity day 3..its crazy, im sore now and i sweat like a pig, but it feels good when your done..I havent seen a difference really but its only day 3..by how i feel right now i know im going to change alot..

  • @Nobbit67 So now you're one week in - how are you feeling? Do you have a coach helping you btw? A Team Beachbody Coach? Are you using any of our supplements? I HIGHLY recommend you drinking a recovery drink post Insanity - if not one that I sell...drink SOMETHING.

  • @GetFitReedman I feel pretty good today im starting week 2, i dont have a coach and i dont drink the recovery formula either, i just eat lots of vegetables and healthy foods and drink lots of milk and water. i just go through the exercise everyday like they do it all the way through and i guess thats it, i didnt really bother to buy the recovery formula because i didnt think it was important.

  • @Nobbit67 Well recovery is crucial to your results - honestly. Of course, I love to recommend ours - the one I use. But, in truth they aren't that different across the brands. What matters is finding one that you like the taste of, fits into your budget, and doesn't contain anything CRAZY that might have some bad effects on your body. For those reasons I go with the P90X Results and Recovery Formula. The taste above all else is incredible. It's like a treat post workout for me.

  • @GetFitReedman taste doesnt really matter to me i just need something cheap because i dont have alot of money, where can i buy the recovery formula?

  • @GetFitReedMan If I want to buy this from you, where can I email you to learn more about the price?

  • @rockytop6479 You can email me here off of my profile.

  • What happened to part 2? o.o

  • @AngelKay93420 oh...just read the comments below..nevermind

  • Hey I need to know something. Can you get Insanity in stores or do you have to buy it online or over the phone. Cuz some of the guys at my school wanna use it for workouts before the next football season so that we can have an undefeated year! GO SAINTS!!!!

  • @99eewing You can order it online (from me). It's cheaper to buy it from a coach like me than it is to buy it directly from Beachbody (same price retail) but our shipping charge is less. Send me an email and I can get you set up - I may even have a copy laying around the house that I can let go for a little less than retail.

  • @99eewing That is still new btw - in the packaging

  • man i couldn't finish without stop but i did it!

    where's the part 2??

  • @14CrisX He didn't upload it, he said it was just stretching

  • @xAlanx685 ooh oks, but man, was that just the first day??

  • Wow, i can't finish it without stopping, i gotta stop at 7:00 But i continue till the end.

I hope soon i can finish it all. and do Part 3

  • 20 seconds in and you're doing the jumping jacks wrong...

  • Holy crap, I'm exhausted just watching this workout. I really think I want to give it a try though :) Thanks for posting this!

  • I just finished day 5. I find myself replacing a lot of the cardio workouts that I hate with different pushups and ab exercises.

I want to lose weight but I want to gain muscle too and this program isn't making my abs and arms sore enough so I spiced it up a little =]

  • hey man whats up I commented you awhile back and your response was very nice lol that it encouraged me to take the challenge and 2 other people. I think its a perfect workout for beginners. but I stick to my other comments for those who cant afford to spend an extra $100 to go on their tv an check out the free workouts they offer, If you have comcast. Their just as effective as Insanity if you up the intensity.. anyways thanks for uploading your vids. Very Helpful.

  • Do u have part2,6,7 and the rest.. If u dnt mind can u pllz upload them... Please :)

  • p90x is lame u should be quiet

  • I did this video with you and wow! It kicked my butt and this was only the warm-up. I have been doing this warm-up video for over a week and now I can get thru it ok then I do ab ripper part 1 right after this and I can feel my body already changing. When I can-- I'll buck up and purchase Insanity and P90X. Money's short right now so I just depend on you wonderful people out there posting your worjouts on YT. Thanks;)

  • @muziklvr2011 Glad you're getting some use out of these. One thing you may be interested in - Insanity: The Asylum. It's basically a combo of P90X and Insanity (or Insanity with weights). It's only a 30 day program and it's about $30 cheaper than P90X and Insanity. But, either way, give me a shout when you think you're ready to order something - I will do what I can to help you get the best deal.

  • for a skinny dude who wants to be heathier and more toned, but not lose weight... is this a good workout?

  • @overoath I'd suggest you consider P90X vs Insanity. Check out my P90X Results Video and see if that is something you're looking to do with your body. Insanity is clearly a good program, but it's not designed to build muscle like P90X is...

  • Thank you!!

  • @7h20pm You're welcome.

  • Hey , the reason i signed up for this site was to tell u that this helped me so much as a soccer midfielder, Thank you.

  • @Mahdiparty I used to play soccer - so I know how important "good cardio" is to the game. I hope you continue to do well.

  • Comment removed

  • ok i am 14 years old im not as big as i want to be so i began the p90x ab ripper and now this so yes i challenge this program lets GO

  • @rnk1997 If you want to put on some lean muscle and or size then you should stick to P90X or think about P90X2. Insanity is not typically good for getting bigger.

  • wow i did this all and it feels like i lost weight alreeady!!!! and i'm sweaty lol

  • I've lost 70lbs in 10 months doing insanity. I need to lost another 21lbs I never seem to get passed round 1, I cannot for the life of me do the second part of the DVD's.

Those of you watching it is a LOT HARDER than it looks, it is a killer.

  • @savedbygrace1972 Keep up the hard work - WHO CARES that you can't do the second half of the program. That doesn't matter. What matters is that you continue to push yourself (not too hard though) to keep improving your health, weight, fitness. I'm really happy to hear about the weight loss you've experienced already with Insanity - great job!

  • @savedbygrace1972 70 in 10month? is your diet in check. although 7lb a month is a good weight loss so not that bad keep it up

  • @mebaran Yeah you're about the 100th person to notice. :) I realized it too as I was doing them...something felt "off" - I was watching myself in the camera and I think it was the reflexion that was screwing with me. Certainly an awkward moment though.

  • You look about as dumb as I did my 1st time trying, like wtf is he doing?!?

  • Thumbs up if u thought insanity was easy until u actually tried it

  • @almusawi5 Haha I can't give you a thumbs up on that - I knew what I was getting in to!!! But, I love this post!

  • @almusawi5 I'm actually a boxer and I thought it was supposed to be a lot tougher. It's surprising fairly easy compared to my boxing workouts.

  • Comment removed

  • we did it yesterday at my school for the second time

  • @hannahmontana0161 Awesome. :)

  • this better be aavailablein 4 years

  • @historybuff743 I'm confused - why are you waiting 4 years?

  • @GetFitReedman because right now i am 15 and if i tried to order it now my family would ridicule me

  • @historybuff743 I see. Well fear not - I'm sure it will be available in four years. There might even be something better by then. You should talk to your family though...

  • just done all 10:33 minutes wow thats got a kick

  • @TheCypriotSoldier That was the warm-up. :) It's a beating from start to finish! Good job

  • @GetFitReedman thanks, i just tried the insane abs workout; now that was a challenge.

you should post up more videos, good job! :)

  • How much did you spend on the DvD? I get this workout for free on my "on demand".

  • @MrJumentous By on demand do you mean warez/piracy? The DVD is $120 retail. If you don't mean torrents or any other type of piracy I'm curious where you are watching it for free.

  • @GetFitReedman

it wasnt insanity. it was other videos. but the concept is the same. Ive seen the Insanity videos.

If the videos arnt going as intense as in insanitys, I simply raise the insanity myself.

Hence why I said I have it for free.

  • @MrJumentous Oh I see - it matters not to me which program a person does. I just want folks to be in shape - so good on you! ;)

  • Def going to try this tomorrow..Thanks for posting it..I already know it is not as easy as it looks!! ^__^

  • yeah... i was done after 5 minutes, lol.

  • hola , recién empezare hacer el insanity , parte 1 2 3 4 5 , se hacen en 1 dia ? y todos los dias de la semana ? espero tu respues porfa !

  • thanks so much for posting this!

  • damn. i just did what you did in this vid, and hell it is some intense workout. insanity so damn good and made me hella sweat. seriously.!

  • Oh my gosh you're really in shape. I need to this to get me in shape by the time I enlist in the Marines and this just prooved to me that I'm really outta shape and need to get my ass into gear. I died about half way through but it's called Insanity for a reason. Thanks for putting this up!!

  • Im 19. Im 6'3 and 280lb. Im really athletic and have a big frame, but i have some fat id really love to lose. I feel like my body cant keep up with me because when i work out sometimes my knees start to hurt.My leg muscles are huge, and this is a result of catching for too long. during a basketball game once, my knee actually gave out, and i was done. PT. Is a 13 second 100 meter dash good for a person my size?

  • @DesertSmeagle You can do it. I would be very careful during the jumps though. 280lbs is a lot to have come down on some tweaky knees. I have bad knees too...just be careful and modify where you need to and you should be fine.

  • If you just listen to the audio, you'll think it is a porno.

  • @LandonCBD Haha - I've thought that myself a time or two.

  • which one is the best between insanity and p90x and which one have better results

  • @irvin23 I prefer P90X. It's safer, it's more well rounded, and it's less "extreme" - more people are able to complete P90X than Insanity - even though Insanity is only 60 days. I sell them both - I've done them both.

  • @GetFitReedman but wich one is best i want to loss around 30-45 pounds dont u think if i do insanity im going to losse those extra pounds fast?

  • @irvin23 My brother lost about 50lbs doing P90X. The big difference between these two programs is that you don't really need to be in any particular type of shape to be able to do P90X - it's designed for everyone to be able to do it - it has modifications for the moves that are too hard for you at the beginning so you can still get through the routine. Insanity has none of that. Insanity is designed for the hyper fit. People are are in good shape use Insanity to get into great shape. It's HARD!

  • @GetFitReedman ok but i dont want to use any items in p90x i have to but on insanity dont u use just ur body no dunbells or any kinds of stuff i got a friend that he did p90x and no results two of them the other one just lost 5 pounds

  • @irvin23 If your friends did P90X and didn't get any results then I'd question how well the "did it" and what their diet was like during. Losing 5lbs may not be a lot of weight, but it depends on where they were to start. I gained 10 lbs doing P90X. You're correct though P90X requires resistance bands at the very least and Insanity you don't need anything except for maybe a yoga mat. I don't know what your fitness level is currently, but if you're in ok to decent shape go for it with Insanity :)

  • @GetFitReedman thanks alot for your info broo

  • @irvin23 Yup - lemme know if you have any other questions or need some help.

  • @GetFitReedman well my friend have p90x i just wanna try insanity first to lose some fat than i continues with p90x to get muscle good option dont u think?

  • @irvin23 So long as you're moving your body and working out - it's a good option. :) It's just that given the choice between doing P90X or Insanity and I'll always choose P90X...unless there is a specific reason for me to do Insanity...I'm not going to do it.

  • @GetFitReedman is this the warm up or the insanity cardio training

  • @Topmusichitlabel This is the warm-up for Plyometric Cardio Circuit.

  • @cokehehe That'a felony in the United States. Also, no one who pirates it will complete it. No skin in the game. Also, if you pirate it you don't get the benefit of the community and the coaching that comes with it. The program is worth the money.

  • This is the warm up? god damn!!!! I would already be tired lol

  • Are you supposed to go as hard as you can during the warmup, or just go at Shaun T's pace?

  • Does anyone know where I can get insanity and about how much it costs? Thank you! :)

  • @prixxirainbow456 You can get it from me - It is about $120 for the program. Send me an email if you're interested.

  • i have this challenge at my house right now........im scared

  • I can't breath . lmfao

  • im thinking about buying this so i did it with u just mirroring what u did and holy crap what a good work out ive done other workout videos that were longer and after 10 mins i dont think i can even work out anymore! ill forsure be picking this routine up

  • @GeanJin I'd love to sell you a copy if you're looking to do it.

  • @GetFitReedman Where can I get a copy! Would LOVE to try.... up for this challenge! :)

  • I've done this one.. I loved it!!!!

  • at 3:50 ish when you're doing the jumping jacks, you look naked with a censor bar over your "area", it made me laugh...

COME ON!!! lift those knees!!! :)

  • @12793lexilou buahahaha i see it!! its coz of the dark room beehind. good one

  • @StrykerKnights :) I get that a lot - it was my first time doing it and as you can tell you NEED the hydration.

  • Hey, i'm interesting in buying it... can ya help me out ?? :)

  • @nsmolich Perhaps - shoot me a message.

  • your trying to kill me lol this just kicked my ass

  • @tcat822000 It's hard for sure - that first part is just the warm-up too! If you want to get the real Insanity experience I do sell it. Let me know - send me a message.

  • Yeah, working out every single day can't be the right thing to do. The body needs time to rest and "build up" muscles, as far as I know. If you push your physical (and - most of all - mental) limits day after day at some point there will be negative effects to the efficiency of it all.

  • @Aschenputtel Which is why this program is only 60 days...it's 6 days a week btw...not 7 and this program isn't intended for someone to go from the couch to Insanity. If you're not already fit you really don't have much business doing Insanity.

  • I have a question , should i do all of the Instanity Workut parts in one day ? And i went through your channel and i saw you doing the P90X workout , wich one is better Insanity or P90X ? One last question , i need to do the Insanity workout everyday right ? That means i should do like what you do in the Insanity videos , everyday right ? Answer if you dont mind

  • @crashXuae P90X is better than Insanity in my opinion. The videos you see Part 1-5 are one routine. Do that in one day....rest after part 1 while you stretch for about 7 minutes. Then do the part 3,4,5 with a minute break after each. That is ONE routine from the program. It's not like doing that one routine will be like doing Insanity...not even close. Especially because I was doing so poorly back then.

  • @GetFitReedman Thanks , how much Insanity Workout DVD gonna cost me ?

  • @crashXuae The program is about $120+tax/shipping. If you're interested please send me a message. I can talk to you about what it is that I do and how you can save 25% off the purchase price of the program and make money at the same time.

  • When you buy the program what does it come with? How many disc and do you workout 6 days a week or 7?

  • @Zhardi87 It comes in a big thick glossy hard back book. There are 10 DVDs, a meal guide, and a calendar. I may be forgetting something, but I'm just giving you the key items. I do sell the program so please if you are going to buy it - buy it from me. I'm a Team Beachbody Coach and ordering through me sets me up as your coach and I will help guide you through the diet, the workouts, and keep you motivated and on track.

  • @GetFitReedman Oh sure, I will do that, thanks in advance future coach. I am doing P90x right now, once I finish P90X doubles, I'll jump in and purchase Insanity.

  • How long are the Insanity workouts?

  • @Zhardi87 Between 35-45 minutes.

  • hey i have insanity n i was looking at the nutrition guide n i was wondering do you have to eat the exact foods it says on the book or just eat something related to that or just eat healthy food??help me pleasee

  • @VENOMRETRIBUTION10 The guide is just that - it's a guide. You can certainly do the program and not eat the exact foods that they have specified. Try to match the proteins, carbs, fats, etc. If you'd like to have me coach you through the program send me an message on here.

  • @GetFitReedman ohhh ok

  • im thinking about starting this program soon, but I know I dont have enough endurance to do this without pausing......my question is:

-how much pausing the video affect the development or result in my workout?

-if so, what do you recommend (break time)?

  • @adyelito Well it's quite alright to do this program and to pause. You'll see the cast behind Shaun T doing the same thing in fact. That's how difficult the program is...even the people who they picked to do it...can't do it without taking small breaks. So I wouldn't worry about pausing the program so long as you're not doing it for too long. The idea is to push yourself to your own limits and if possible...beyond them. Pause only long enough to have your heart rate come back down a bit.

  • thank u getfitreedman i been using this video for 11 days now and i feel great do the workout two times for 60 days im ready to get in shape Thank You

  • I guess if you have a heart condition this is definitely out

  • Are you fucking kidding me?! I would pass out in the first two minutes from exhaustion. Lol. Uh uh, no thank you.

  • You know your a wimp if u pause it just to take a break

  • @brisongs I wouldn't say that people who are pausing this program are wimps. I'd just say that they're not quite yet ready to do it without pausing.

  • @brisongs it was his first time trying it, he needed to do it at least for a week or 2 until his body gets used to the workout routine, you douche.

  • This video is designed to make fit people even fitter right??

  • @ben2nd Yes - exactly that.

  • i got tired just by watching haha :P

  • @laklautz Heh - watch some of Part 5 if you want to see tired. :)

  • Alright thanks

  • But I mean like doing all the videos u upload

  • @myspacejose408 The only "full videos" I've uploaded are the Insanity 1, 3, 4, and 5. That is one entire workout except for the stretching. If you do that...you'll be doing better than nothing. :) But, it's not doing INSANITY> ;)

  • Can u get in shape if u do this all the time

  • @myspacejose408 If by "this" you mean the 10 minute warm-up to Insanity...well then I'd say mostly NO. I mean your cardio will improve, but you're not working enough of your muscle groups and not working them in ways to really build strength. This is but a small glimpse into what Insanity is...if you are not IN shape you really shouldn't even attempt Insanity. It's not a program to get you in shape. It's not a weight loss program. It's a program that is designed to take you to the next level.

  • im 14 and fat and have to do this at football conditioning all 40 min of it -.0
