I actually think Mufasa's death was probably the saddest death. It happened after we got to know Mufasa and no one really expected him to die (at least kids didn't). I was 7 and cried my eyes out in the theater. Saw it in 3D last year and a little girl was in there (who obviously hadn't seen it) and was asking her mom if Mufasa was dead. I held it together until that.

Being that frog shit was just made, I'm not so sure it can even be compared with movies from disney's prime. Especially due to the motives behind it. Bambi death wasnt even sad.
