I got an idea for a better quality song.

I'd have the song play as I do whatever on runescape

I'd also use Audicity. I leanred that if you use the Stereo Mix option while recording, you can pick up any noise your computer plays, this includes music.

Finally, I'd have the volume of the song (slider is left of the speaker which is left again of the Stereo Mix) on half way, any higher and the song starts to get distorted. Too low and you won't be able to hear it.
