actully, the head mark is from an axe in part 3, and the shoulder is from part 2 but i dont know what he got hit by. Also I have one of these figures

love the revire. Definately a creepy ass dude. I agree with you that he loks way better with his mask on. To me he just isn't Jason without the mask.
