Don't worry MTG5150, Niko has accurate and creative short passes as well long crosses. IMO he has even more finer leg then Luka. His weakness is agility.

Excellent ability on the ball, can win challenges, clearly a creative player in midfield but can he exercise the judgment that we sorely need after Luka went down? I am unsure about his crossing ability as well. I mean, Spurs didn't sign Pavs and The Crouch-a-tron just to have them stand there and watch some Croat dribble ;)

He's an attacking midfielder, playing just behind the striker(s) and he's bloody good at it, though he's been played on the left wing quite a bit before, although that's not where he's best.

i don´t know if you remember asanovic from panathinaikos but they are very similar players. kranjcar is a very smart player who has a great pasing game. his technique is outstanding. his only weakness is that he is not the fastest player but as a playmaker that is not that important

Just to clear things up Kranjcar has said to BBC website that, i quote,"Yes (it would be a dream to join arsenal), they are a great club and they play beautiful football." I like Pompey (arsenal rejects) but anyone of this mans quality would want to leave a small club and leave to a "big club" that haven't won anything for 4 years.
(I support arsenal I was just saying that last bit before someone else did)

Niko has potential to be one of best players in the world (if he keeps improving his fitness/body strength and plays reguarly week in, week out. which he is garanteed at portsmouth)...
