@thetabright37- I loved that tour. Mylon was a great guy & a very humble man of God. I was blessed to be one of the people that brought then to do a concert in Stockton, CA. Mylon & his whole band even prayed for my wife (who was having back pain) delaying the start of the concert by 10 minutes. Thats what you call putting God first & the show 2nd. God Bless!! The greatest step in conquering our sins is to be able to confess them and be released from the grip of secrecy that sin would love to keep you in. A while ago I also posted in here, classifying religion as complete bullshit. The more I've been thinking about the subject "the beginning of everything around us, universe, etc..", the more a "supernatural" force becomes credible. Since I can't relate to a beginning (there always needs to be something before a beginning to spawn it), it's nearly impossible to exclude supernatural forces, since those are the only thing not dependant on our laws of nature.

Here a little explanation of my vision on religion:

Noone can be sure of his beliefs being true, but you can at least hope. I myself am not religious, but for one simple reason, there is no way to prove it. Still I don't say it isn't true, I'm just not blindly accepting it. I do hope though that a religion like christianity is the truth, since in my opinion it can really help us all growing to better people and solving our social and society's problems.

In my opinion your message is wonderful, but the way you pronounce it is wrong, since you say your truth is the actualy truth, something of which you can't be sure.

The factual proof is the empty tomb. No blind following. Just the fact that Jesus rose from the dead. All of Christianity hinges on this one point. Without it, Christianity is no better than all the other religions in the world. Just remember, if Jesus had still been in the grave, the zealous Jewish leaders of that time would have brought him out and displayed him as a false prophet and Christianity would have never been born.

The only problem with this is that may people died for Christ (especially many of the people who knew him personally.) I don't think anyone would be put to death for something they knew as a lie. Plus there is not one contradictory statement in the Bible (from 66 different authors all inspired by God, thats pretty good if you ask me.)

I wonder how you can ask yourself "Who is God?" without beïng sure of his existence. The alternatives are even more credible in my opinion, since many of them can be partially confirmed by maths (not fully, since they would be waterproof then).

Don't get me wrong, I'm not disencouraging you of finding out what your religion really is, but I am encouraging you to also look at the other possibilities.

I'm not looking for a "religion" rather I am seeking who is the personality of God. You have to fall on one of two sides, either God created or everything was created by some unexplained accident. Personally it is more mathmatically sound to me that I am a decendant of Adam instead of a decendant of a primate.

I am open to other possibilities, none as of yet has given me reason to change my mind on God's exsistence.

Most genuine believers in Christ (those whos faith is their own, not just their parents) have come to Christ AFTER seeking out other possibilities. Do not assume that because someone is a Christian it means they have not thought out their faith and struggled to find truth. many great thinkers have come to Christ through sceptical look at the gospels. True Christianity is not a cult that does not allow its followers to question. Jesus wants us to seek Him for ourselves.

I never said that all Christians haven't done that. I just said that most are like a big herd, they believe because either their parents do or because they don't think and just want something to believe in so that they feel safe.

Ofcourse there are enough highly educated great thinkers who've turned to religion, but there are also countless who didn't.

I'm not making any statements on purpose, because I'm not the one to judge what's the truth and what isn't, but this is the way I see it :)
