I first felt tiny kicks at 15 1/2 weeks, but didnt really know thats what they were until i was sure i felt kicks at 17 weeks. People dicribe them as like a fish swimming in a bag, but i think they feel like ya know when you have an arm muscle twinge or spasim LOL, its like that. I know, weird comparrison. Oh and its a boy!

BOY, Ughh my insurance company is driving me crazy too. Love the belly bump.I love having someone as close to my due date to share the journey with, It is freakin awesome.

Ugh insurance is aweful my organization just got a new plan that covers absolutly no maternity services till $3000 deductible is met and only 80% after that bad news for ttc. But I do qualify for state programs on a Social Worker salary thank god. The premiums alone for me and hubby are enough.

i think your having a boy! its just the vib i get from you!! boy for sure!! such a cute belly! i felt my daughter moving a lil at 11 weeks! then alot after that! but it wasent very strong! it was just little kicks! and only if i layed still on my back! when you move it luls the baby to sleep, but if you lay still they wake up and become active!

Sorry last comment I promise :) If lab work isn't covered then filing an apeal probably wouldn't help... I hate insurance companies too. Don't worry about the sleep thing... I am still taking naps when I can... and god am I tired today !!! Cute little belly... I love it !!!

Yeah for 3D ultrasounds :) Mine would probably not be effective because it would not go through my anterior placenta. And I am guessing that you are having a girl !!! That when since I think I am having a boy then they can get married :) JK. But I still think it's a girl. Funny about your bangs, they seriously look fine though :) How the hell can insurance not cover lab work and ultrasounds... that's ridiculous... we need to fix this nations healthcare... I would be pissed !!!

Yeah for 15 weeks... How cool is that you got to hear the baby move around. We didn't get that luck... that's awesome... Crazy thaty our OB is pregnant, are you sure she will be back in time from her maternity leave to deliver you? Grr.. to dr office scales, sounds like we have the same issue :) Although I think I gained like a full pound yesterday so I am up to 7 lbs gained so far... so I figure if I can keep it to 1 pound a week from here on out then I will be happy :)

Insurance companies are a pain in the ass, I agree totally! I think thats dumb that they don't cover lab work and you would think they could cover at least 1 or 2 ultrasound.

Anywhoooo my guess is Boy! I just have this feeling you will have a boy first. :p

Aww your lucky! my ultrasound to find out is for the 8th of Jan. So hard to wait that long! Everybody is telling me I am going to have a girl... its weird how people claim to know!

Hm, I'll guess girl, and Im pretty accurate, but Ive never tried to guess on someone I dont personally know. :) About the insurance thing, if you cant qualify for any of those programs you can call the place you would be paying and set up a low payment plan. Thats what Ive done for lots of stuff my insurance wont cover. Look into it at least. :) good luck!
