I could barley put weight in my leg but I got right back on and tried again and got over the jump. Then my old pony was really bad an tried to get me off everytime I got on. One day she bucked me off an I landed on my back. My spine had swollen up but I got right back on and didn't cry. Of course at the time we didn't know it was swollen cause if we had they wouldn't have let me

I'm so sorry!!!. My dad's always been there for me so i can't immagine what you're going through. My dad's dad lived real far away and i only saw him once a year, if i was lucky. He died at age 58 when i was 7 from lung cancer :'(. I'm 15 and I still cry about him sometimes even though i barely even knew him. What can I say? @KountryGall Its always hard losing a grandparent, my Grandma (my Grandpa that I was talkin about's wife) died about 3 years ago on New Years Eve. She had Stage 4 Colon Cancer and the Dr.s told her she wouldnt see the end of the year, and she fought right to that last day. She is always on my mind, I love my Grandparents with all my heart, and I'm so sorry that you had to go through losing your Grandpa at such a young age.

There are a lot if people saying on videos with this song that english riders arent cowgirls. being a modern "cowgirl" isnt if you ride western or not but if you truly understand and love your horse! im in english riding/jumping cowgirl! :D

thank you mom for teaching me its important to try and try things in life hurt, they make you feel like crying but you gotta keep going, when my first pony had to be put down she taught me that great lesson and ill always love her for that even when we are fighting. I love you mom!

This is soo my dad and my song. We've never been rich but he's always found a way to get me horses or four wheelers or whatever. He taught me to never cry when I got hurt, and that's helped me a lot in the rest of my life too. My parents are getting divorced and I live with my mom and I barely see my dad but every time I get hurt now I always think of my daddy and how he taught me one of the most important things.. That nothing and no one is worth my tears. I LOVE YOU DADDY!! My mom is kool 2.

this is such a good song with so much meaning... i love this song, and it makes me cry everytime i listen to it... it reminds my of my mom, telling me to get on if i fall off. i'll never forget my first pony, Rambo. best pony in the world, sadly he died and i miss him so much... he taught me patience, and skill. I love all 4 of my horses.

I just began to ride, my sister in law always told me before I got on, If i fall off to get back up and ride. My first time on he walked into a electrical fence and rared up. I didnt fall off but came close.. I love horses to this day and I keep askin for one. I work at a horse rescue durin the summer. My dad always told me to be me and never to cry over the little things. I now dont let anything bother me.My daddy is dyin of cancer. I love you daddy were plannin on going ridding in the summer

this song makes me want to cry every time i hear it and gives my mom the goosebumps every time she hears it. She tells me it fits me and my dad perfectly and my dad already told me that if he knows before he dies that "Cowgirl don't cry, lessons in life show us all the time, ride baby ride" was going to be his last words to me with I love you in it somewhere. He taught me how to ride and now we have 4 horses that I ride and i barrel race with one of them

Finally i plopped rite off that saddle landing face first! And i let out a big out sob, I had scars all up and down my face. But theres nutin rong with a lil tear every now and then! <3

i listened to this song after my bf broke up with me and when i went to school the next day i promised myself i wouldnt cry. I didnt and i didnt let him see me upset over him i just kept saying "be strong Cowgirl. dont cry." then i went home and rode my horse cause she makes everything better. So girls keep your head high. he isnt worth letting yourself fall apart over. Remeber Cowgirls dont cry so make him think he lost something special that he'll never get back.

It reminds me about my Dad. I'm not from the farm but it almost the same as what he'd ever taught me all my childhood. I think is the only good thing he'd gave me(bt, at the same time, maybe the worst also). If he passed away someday I'm pretty sure that's something he gonna say.
