@asnal89 Nothing wrong with showing off who is stronger. They're showing off a lifestyle, which is fine. Shaolin demonstrations? Why do them? Monks are about the most peaceful people you'll even come across. They practice their lifestyle all day every day, why do they need to show someone else how they fight? They know why people come to see their demonstrations, and it's not to watch them meditate (unless they do it in a bed of nails or something). Even monks advertise lifestyles.

The problem is the malays don want us chinese and indians to promote our martial arts in an effective manner.. now its all karate, taekwando..so that they subdue our original martial arts linkage..look in the 1950s -1970s ..chinese martial arts activities were superb and then the malay government put in a lot of restrictions to our activities..they don wan us chinese and indians to promote our own cultures..where malaysian culture is malay, chinese, indian and all...they only want malays culture
