i think its funny how people spend $2,000+ to convert one of these trucks to make it somewhat respectable, when you can just buy an entire 73-87 chevy pickup for $2,000 and it is already built better in every aspect
@blackmetalchevy Learn to drive! haha that the only way....then they wouldnt be in the predicament of having to get another truck since he rolled the last one several times
looks like it was a clean truck. . but now its time for a wheeler truck. . i have a sas 93 z71 on 1 tons and it does great on the trails. . im sure yours would do good also just get some gears and lockers
it was originally 4x4 ! And I keep telling him to turn it in to his wheeler but he dont know what he wants to do with it yet . and yes it is a sas kit from skys offroad
this truck has custum 10" rear srings with 4" blocks and the front has 6" springs with the coversion brackets adding anthor 6" + 3" body lift im running 37" nittos grapplers
@trailbilly so 14 inches of lift and by the looks of it you could run 38.5s and have enhats sad... i ran a 3 inch boddy lift in my truck and with no rubbing...
how about the prerunner route... unless you live by rocks and swamps, the make a rock crawler

That motor sounds very tired, might as well start with a new platform.

was this truck originaly a 2wd, it looks familiar
leadsled454 2 years ago
Don't waist it! It's now ready for some real trail time. Just exo it, bob the rear and take it wheeling!
btw, did you use a sas kit? If so, what kit did you use? Your vid of it jumping would be good advertising for them if you used a kit.
