Your tampa bay rays couldn't put more than 15,000 fans in the stands before the run for the playoffs/world series.

winning means attendance, you dont wanna cross a bridge 10 miles in bumper to bumper traffic with gas at $3.85 a gallon (at the time) you can be up 1-0 the whole game just to lose it in the 9th, baseball is the most painful sport to see your team lose and no team was better than the rays (and the tigers *wink) and why go through the pain of being at the stadium when you could watch us lose at home. we gave up 5 run leads on a regular basis last year, i wouldnt pay to see that period.

It's a game, remember that. You're not on the team so there's no real reason to take offense to other peoples ribbing. Hell, there's Boston Red Sox fans that have seen the Rays play more than you. I would also like to add that only a loser gets off by continually reminding people that they were at the game. So what! I've been to a lot of games and I did have to have a hubble telescope to watch it either. I saw the game in the comfort of my home in High Definition with a beer that only cost $1.00. So enjoy the $8.00 beer and the vertigo band wagon. Let's see if you stick with YOUR team through the hard times. You won't. It's nice when YOUR team is winning but it's a bitch when their not.
