  • GOOD JOB! great to hear you are in the right direction! myself i am pretty much there on a clean diet. however one thing i would like to give up is alcohol, but only a glass of red wine maybe 3 times a week. i hope you great success in your future!

  • Is it just my sleep deprivation, or does his voice sound like R2D2?

  • totally random, but you sound like Paul Walker (actor). lol

  • Eat huge steaks. Seriously.

  • your audio is fucked up

  • life is short...eat better be active and moderate the bad stuff. This guy is extreme!

  • i only eat healthy foodddddddddd

  • junk and chocalate

  • No caffeine for me

  • renfros salsa rocks! i love it!!!!

  • ok, im 14 and i cant afford to buy all that stuff.. i fallowed ur excersize thing and its good, but when i get hungry wat should i eat!!?? pllleeaaassseee help me!!

  • fruits, vegetables, and nuts :)

  • Just stay away from processed foods, colorless stuff ((ie) white rice, white bread, crackers, cookies, etc..)) Up the lean protein and veggie/fruit intake. You should be good on that and you should feel more full too.

  • hahahh ask your mom cook healthy meal for you...my daughter same as you age

  • why are u giving up caffeine?

seems to be a corner stone in boosting metabolism, and increasing energy levels for heavier/harder workout..

  • Black powder is good for caffeine intensity

  • I will give up sugar, coffein and acohol. But something I dont understand, where is meet in that diet, where are the proteins?!!!!

  • I will give up processed foods including anything with sugar!

and yes you can find almond breeze unsweetened vanilla and chocolate at the store!!

  • your so handsome. :) i LOVE hummus. Do you not eat meat? Im gonna give up Ranch dressing :) lol.

  • No alcohol for the rest of June. I'll replace it with my muscle milk and creatin/nitric oxide supplements.

  • i read somewhere that muscle milk has a lot of unncessary sugars. maybe you'd be better off with protein shakes made with fat free milk, unsweetened protein powder, bananas (for flavoring) and maybe a bit of honey

  • I'm gonna eliminate Carbs, not gonna be easy but need to shed off some weight this month :')

  • Is my no carb/very low carb ok? ive reduced my body fat but will it eventually eat into my muscle? i only have carbs in a all in one type shake after workout and in a morning in a oats, seed, nut cereal i mix with apple juice. apart from that its all meat, fish and veg.

  • Nice clean fridge! I see that you shaved since the conference...I kinda liked your unshaven look. :)

  • Where is your protein?

  • Hey Craig, Almond Breeze by Blue Diamond has unsweetened almond milk. All three flavors are pretty good, they have an original, vanilla and chocolate.

  • im giving up alcohol and bubble tea! Nice healthy fridge by the way.

  • im giving up alcohol, extra carbs, added sugar.

  • its was a toss up between chips or chocolate since i dont get the chocolate to much im going with the chips wish me luck.... this might be brutal.

  • No Alcohol For Me This Month

  • I'm already pretty dedicated to eating healthy. I have been using my student loans to pay for my groceries. Health comes first!

  • 1 Thing to give up for the month of June,

    Slushie ( Slush ~frozen beverage~)

Alternative: Home made, low calorie shake.

  • cheese gets me all the time. i love cheese. no cheese for the month of june!

  • This was a great video!

Been going strong now for 5 weeks, I'm more committed to getting in shape than ever before. Giving up potato chips and subsituting for popcorn has been great too......

  • Whoo hoo! Free beer at Craig;s house!

  • I'm not on your Turbulence Training program, but so far I have been successful in my quest to lose over 100 lbs.

For June I'm going to give up:

    1. Foods that have refined sugars and carbs. Especially sweets. (subway cookies)

PS-I like apples too! But no one tells you that eating healthy is expensive as shit. Poor people are fat because they can't afford healthy food sometimes. If I stocked my fridge lie yours all the time, I couldn't pay my light bill. So I kinda starve to get "healthy"

  • gotta love those macadamia nut subway cookies...yup, ill be giving that for a while.

  • I'm really feeling that backsplash!

  • if I exercise each day can I do a little better then ehat you have in the fridge like say two pieces of bread with each meal say afternoon and evening meal?

  • bread is good. make sure you are going with whole grain whole wheat. If you want to take it up a notch you can go to an organic grocery store and get ezekial break. its not made with flour so the extra cant store as fat.

personally ill get a loaf of ezekial once and a while but i usually eat 2 slices of multi-grain whole wheat a day. one in the morning after a workout with my protein shake toasted plain and one in the afternoon.

  • Bread = good must remember, well here's mine just eat normal morning breakfast and afternoon aswell tea time have a treat then in the evening I have a slim fast it's working so far

  • Think 80-20....Diet takes up 80% of your life and 20% is working out..It's not to say that exercise isn't important but it's incredibly easy to eat 1500 calories worth of food in one sitting i.e. McDonald's meal and hard to workout 1500 cal. of food...Keep that in mind ;') Also, look @ Cbathletics video on food vs. treadmill

  • great comment Jiggahata1

    i agree 100%
