Her diction coach should be ashamed...if she has one. In any case, neither of these singers are opera singers in any real sense, Andrea Bocelli is an Italian love song/pop singer and Sarah is a musical theatre/sometimes kinda classical singer. I like Andrea's voice and can stand Sarah's in the right songs, but if you want to hear real sopranos, listen to Maria Callas or Renee Fleming.
