That was a confidence booster.

I raced a friends stock 6 speed 335I Twin Turbo today with my 1988 Porsche 944 Turbo S that has about 270rwhp, I was expecting to lose but she fell way behind in a hurry.

I later drove a tuned 335IX Twin Turbo with a tune, T61's and down pipes.... Holy $h1T. I want one.

@Piperporsche180944 The 335i is a fantastic car to tune. However, it's "good practice" to avoid any piggyback tunes and stick to ECU flashes. Good practice is in quotes, since it's likely not going to destroy an engine to have a piggyback tune. It's just that relying on the knock compensator without changing the engine timing removes a redundant system, leaving only one failure point to catastrophe.

Also, yeah, a Turbo S with 270 at the wheels is darned fast, and lighter!
