  • curious is how *primitive* people like the shaman and they people, dosent need, police, dosent need law, dosent need banks and other things that *modern man* needs, what kinda knowledge they use for to keep their *society* in order, today our society cant live with those organization that i said above, in the end r we civilizated or primite? people in the world would be more happy witch path?in witch path would be less destruction? less wars?less degradation of our own home called planet earth?

  • fascinating a must do before i die

  • @headlightguy If you get the opportunity, you will die in a way, so you must do it before you die in that sense. Probably one of the most important experiences of my life. It cures desire and jealousy, which poison our minds. I've also managed never to vomit, which I believe is necessary for a full experience. FYI you can get b. caapi off of ebay, which is THE ayahuasca vine by itself. An admixture containing DMT makes it something else entirely, but ayahuasca IS banisteriopsis caapi.

  • Hi All Upcoming Ayahuasca ceremony in Peru please contact Alyssan Balmforth corazondemeloncita@hotmail.com

  • Ayahuasca is not like any other psychedlic. You are consciously dying and will see your inner demons and angels. Your experience in life will be the most important factor in this trip, because it will show you what you have become in that present moment. If you worry, think negative then you are not ready. You cannot dwell in your fears because there is nothing to fear at all. If you fear, you fear what you might see. You fear because your ego wants you to be in fear.

    I love you all<3

  • Nevertheless, I still would like to do this one day- if I can ever get past the fear of worrying about having one of those indescribably horrifying 'journeys' I've heard others talk about. It's like the "Yin-Yang" thing. It can be a mixed experience of both wonderful AND terrifying.

  • Just putting this out there... but I have heard that some have died partaking in the Ayahuasca experience. But it could have been from various reasons. I'm thinking either drug interaction (there are several medications, including OTC's one can't take within 12 hrs of Ayahuasca) or perhaps they had a vividly bad 'experience' that seemed so realistic that their heart just stopped.

  • How long does it last and howmuch must you take?

  • @9letters2woorden you have to try it out in peru my friend. Don't just order it online, won't be the same

  • @SpiritQuest416 yeah, made that dissision too after a little more research. the ritual plays a huge part, so dont wanna miss that. hope the oppertunity comes on my path one day.

  • @9letters2woorden You don't just "take" a certain amount, much less do it without a Shaman guide. The way I hear it, the Shaman specifically pours out in each participant's cup however much that person 'needs.' What I have heard is that the mind journey is about 5 hrs long.

  • really are very instructive.

  • and making my own map, my own rituals, my own understanding of it, get a lot of a deeper understanding that way i think.

  • deffenatly gonna be experimenting with this stuff! gonna go with shrooms 1st then DMT. excellent documentory, confirmed some thoughts and expericenes iv had on weed. so stoned one time i felt like i was floating through my self, never had it happen agin since sadly. they say us westoners shouldnt do it because we dont understand their rituals and culture etc, but its hard to lern somthing someone else is teaching and uderstand the true use and meaning behind it, i plan on starting from scratch

  • @itsaconspiracy1988 shrooms can be as powerful as this be careful on high doses , very emotional and introspective aswell as very closed eye visual

  • @itsaconspiracy1988 That is a good idea. If I personally ever find myself brave enough to venture the Ayahuasca journey, I will first try the magic mushrooms before they don't take you as "deep." And not knowing exactly what I'm getting into... I'd rather not go 'overkill.'

  • @recyclecongress Ayahuasca saved my life... cured me OVERNIGHT of a decade of cocaine addiction....and I never looked back. I say OVERKILL it better! Go big or don't go... that's where the other things fall away and the real work begins! It was only scary once.... after that I knew things that I couldn't have possibly have ever gained on my own without the medicine... I am thankful for the overkill! :)

  • @melipell Hi, thanks for the comment. You said it cured you overnight of addiction.... did it take away the withdrawal also (along with the cure)? This is extremely interesting... because I have heard of things like this before... but with Ibogaine. If its that powerful (enough to not only cure an addiction, but you not having withdrawal from cocaine too) that would truly be miraculous & detox centers should definitely look into Ayahuasca!

  • @recyclecongress I experienced no withdrawals other than being tired. What's even better that I have absolutely NO desire to ever do it again...or be around people who do it. It was like I got a spanking, learned a lesson and it was over during my Ayahuasca experience. I also had a huge opening of my heart and forgave myself. It was the longest 6 hours of my life but also THE BEST!

  • @recyclecongress They say that the shaman usually assess you and give you a dose he thinks you can handle.

  • officially on the 2 do list!!

  • Very informative!
