@yunikage Well, while there is evidence from multiple currents that the basic knowledge acquisition occurs with reinforcement programs or cognitive processes, Bandura noticed that none of those were actually necessary, and that people will adopt behavior simply by watching others, even if they dont know the 'reason' or a reinforcement, i.e, imitate pointless actions because they can. One usually imitates someone with social authority, someone respectable. Not a precise connection really...
