what is the grow medium? is it cotton? my second guess is marshmallows, but i have serious doubts.

@dohrehmee The medium is sure to grow inserts. These particular ones are their clone ones. Never planned on growing anything real big with them but I have a pepper plant that is huge (will put a new video up of it soon). It kind of looks like cotton but holds water really well. I have had some problems with it though. I have to cover each medium so it doesnt grow algea and when your plant is done you must throw the STG away unlike hydroton.

Those plants look really happy. I just made one similar for a window herb garden. 5* video

They seem to be very healthy and loving their environment. The pepper plant has a flower starting on it which i am going to take off so the plant grows bigger before it blooms. I changed my nutes from b4 and that was the trick to success

Yea the cilantro is getting huge. Smells good and will make for some great salsa
