Anyone can pay $1.99 to GoDaddy for a domain name and put up lies on their website about Kimkins or any other subject. Doesn't make ANY OF IT true. No wonder America is going down the tubes when people believe EVERYTHING they read! Even nasty little websites created by miserable people.

Simply by accident I happened upon a site which proposed the scam of Kimkins. I began linking up reading more & more information in sheer awe of the train wreck unfolding before my innocent eyes!

I don't know why anyone would be against consumers fighting against fraud. It has nothing to do with getting even, or hate, or being out to make a buck, it has to do with justice. Making a buck is what Heidi Diaz is about. She defrauded thousands of people and became a millionaire in the process. It's just wrong, and if you don't support her coming to justice, it makes me wonder what's wrong with your value system.

This is just Americans getting even apparently. The lady in the video appears to have all of her hair and is not overweight. These viscious hateful people who lost weight on the diet and are suing are the lowest of the low. They're just out for a buck. How sad.

My hair was thinner there than normal, and had been falling out for months before that video. There is no "money" in this lawsuit. I have not put in 6 months of efforts for the return of 39.95. Are you kidding me? It is FRAUD, illegal. Oh, and I GAINED MORE WEIGHT BACK. Lowest of the low is Heidi Diaz selling a diet telling us she has used it and been thin for 5 years, and now she is on the front of her own DIET as she was over 300 lbs! Fraud my friend. 40.00 is not the point.

I am on Kimkins and NOTHING, I repeat ABSOLUTELY NOTHING bad has happened to me whatsoever! In fact, I lost 28.5 pounds in 3.5 weeks! If people gain weight back after being off of it, it is because they start off with 500,000 carbs the next day. What do they expect? There are obviously a lot of hateful people online and you lot are a prime example of that! Again, how sad. *sigh*

Fun to watch.. I only wish it would make a difference filing a class action lawsuit against the most horrendous: University of Phoenix. However, fighting a billion dollar company able to spend millions on their lawyers isn't all that feasible for those of us without that much too blow. Cute cats though...
