@SilentBlues23 Sorry to say, but Bang is definitely top tier now. And unfortunately, Rachel has fallen to the very bottom of the tier list. Lots of upsets, right? I'm happy that Nu/Lambda is no longer GOD. On the upper hand though, Hazama is definitely high up there.
