"Mohammed Pabel Miah" is the most recent now infamous abuser of the system, by taking down YouTube's most popular videos by issuing bogus copyright claims.
He does not seem to have any particular agenda, other than making everyone mad enough to scream bloody murder, HE'S JUST DOING THIS BECAUSE HE CAN.
Such rampant misuse of the DMCA must be taken into account.

As an Aussie, I am ashamed that many of the prominent creationist proponents seem to sprout from here. I think it had something to do with political bent here at the time. I don't see what YouTube can do on the topic. They are legally bound to honor even fraudulent DMCAs and let the courts sort it out, and on the topic of censoring through voting, to be honest, that's the fault of the one who put up the video. The "people" that file these DMCAs are a bunch of fraudulent cowards.
Their pattern so censorship is written all over them. Their videos have comment approvals, ratings are disables, and you can't vote up and down.
Some of them, eg venomfangx, quickly block you upon any form of resistance.

As an Aussie, I am ashamed that many of the prominent creationist proponents seem to sprout from here. I think it had something to do with political bent here at the time. Oddly enough we don't have laws like DMCA here yet. I hope that day never comes. I don't see how they can continue to be filed with case law showing there continual defeat.

I don't see what YouTube can do on the topic. They are legally bound to honor even fraudulent DMCAs and let the courts sort it out, and on the topic of censoring through voting, to be honest, that's the fault of the one who put up the video. If you don't want it, disable it. IMO there is no point to it, anyways, it's just an expression of swarm mentality, not a real measure for anything interesting.

An alliance is exactly what need s to be done. Get all who agree with this alliance up in arms and create an amendment to YouTube's Free Speech. The false DMCA claims must be stopped. Just remember this:
