I don't understand the freak out over this storyline. Yes, their will be more angst (hello soap opera), but at the end of the day I would bet that Olivia and Natalia will decide to raise the baby together (with Frank involved of course).
Because fans of Olivia and Natalia will throw a shitfit over what they see as homophobic because the lesbians (bisexual in my opinion) are torn asunder by some *stupid* man.
