@MrCetarl23 its explained in the documentary film called "Pure Payton", theres a section in that film talking about how he played week after week with terrible injuries and extreme pain and games when he didnt even have enough strength to lift his arms above his shoulder, and games when both of his knees were swollen to the size of baseballs, he also played with broken ribs, you can tell in that clip that he was suffering from atleast all three of those things and probably much more.
