Brilliant! I never would have thought of using PVC as a keyboard. I know the math, to cut the pipes the right length, but I'll bet you did a lot of experimenting. I like the duct tape connections. Good job!!!

Hey, Looking at my other PVC thing (Also on Youtube :P), these lengths should work: E: 205.0 cm F#: 184.5 cm G#: 163.0 cm A: 153.5 cm B: 136.5 cm C#: 121.0 cm D#: 108.5 cm E: 112.5 cm Check out Acoustic Resonance -> Resonance of a tube of air on Wikipedia for the physics behind it. Good luck with it! Post a vid when you finish :P!

Hey, yeah, the lengths given were for just a straight bit of pipe. The lengths from photobucket are different because they've had the 6.5cm taken off for the curved bits on the end.

I used the formula on the Wikipedia page to calculate the lengths.

hey, no, it's nothing quite that snazzy :P. I just used 2 10mm bits of foam stuck together on the end of a bit of wood - check out the description for links to some pics.
