For the last decade here in Northeast Ohio, the only jobs available were medical and retail. We used to joke that med centers popping up next to McDonald's made sense. Not funny anymore when you see all the retail closing. Without retail in this region, we are sitting ducks. Walmarts forced closing of all ma & pa retail. Nothing left but conglomerates.
