how can I keep my house with all the furniture for other family, my 2 sims are almost dead and they can't get or adopt a child anymore, how can I get somebody to take over the household??????????

I have lot of money in it and a lot of expensive things, I don't want to lose everything.

Or can I copy my house, I done it already but if copied can u via 'my studio' somehow get it to another save game with new family, but WITH the things inside?????? like TV or beds ??????????????

I play Sims 3 on my laptop. I do not know the specifics of what video card I have or anything. But the game plays great. No lags, no glitches, great graphics. All I can tell you is that I have a regular HP Notebook with 500GB of memory and so far I have every expansion pack, stuff pack and loads of custom content. :D I love the way the game runs and I cannot stop playing it!

Hey, please don't give me thumbs down or anything but I just wanna say that from what I've seen, I think Sims 2 is better than Sims 3. That's just my opinion, so please don't freak out at me, other people probably think I'm a freak for saying that Sims 2 is better but, we all have different thoughts so...yeah. I think Sims 3 is better as you can get to go outside and stuff but otherwise...I personally prefer Sims 2.

@KaRoKeGaL101 Yeah if sims 3 ever gets the university, pets, business, and other HUGE diversity in it, it will be great. That is why I loved sims 2, so many aspects to it. And for gods sake in sims 2 at LEAST you pulled your car into the driveway, and not just POOF.

@Bammetje112 I have the same one but it's PNY edition and it's GTX+. For some reason my game isn't even playing as good as a 9400 Card.. I bought this computer in 2007, installed a new graphics card which is the NVidia GeForce 9800GTX+, switched the power supply with therma, and still it runs laggy. Could it be my processor? It's an Intel Pentium, at 2.20Ghz.

@BlueprintLuvv The sims 3 needs at minimum 2.50Ghz and above. so yes the processor is most likely the lag problem.

It actually doesn't have to be. They might work at a store where they have it. Have a friend there. Some stores even had it out early. Not everyone who gets it early has downloaded it. How do you think there is a torrent/download in the first place? If everyone downloaded it, it wouldn't exist because no one would have it to begin with.
