  • hey we were thinking about getting a bengal cat .. where did you get yours from and how much did it cost you? can i email you?

  • Hi, I have 2 bengals (girl and boy). you can go online and search for a bengal breeder. I bought both when they were kittens and i got them around $600 each.

  • that is a pretty cat!

  • He is gorgeous! Just look at those big rosettes! Did you get him from a cattery, and if so, which one? I think I speak for everyone here when I say, we want to see pictures of him as he is today: grown up, completely out of the fuzzies, and hopefully quite comfy with water! Did you think of getting him some goldfish to temp him into the water? That's how I got my first Bengal, Allie Beretta, into the tub. Her son would turn the water on, fill the sink, turn it off, and take a nap in it!

  • Awesome video

  • Try shoving the kitten in from the back. When he's not looking behind

  • it was so funny when your kitty didnt get the one next to her/him!

  • Bengals are so gorgeous!!!

  • so true..

    i want one so badly

and we might get one yay lol

  • careful my kitty slipped off the sink and fell.

  • yeah, she's right, you've sexy hands ^^

  • Kind of random, but you have sexy hands. ^_^

  • your kitten is just so cute exploring the taps! :)

  • Everyone thinks cats are just a girls pet! Its so not true! I think this is gonna be the start of a beautiful friendship lol! The kitten is gorgeous!

  • My bengal looks just like that only hes youger and knows that the sink is evil we tried bathing him the other day and he went crazy like a massacre or sumink lol..x

  • my Bengal got solen three years ago, she was the best cat ever.

  • Beautiful cat and I appreciated the fact that you didn't dunk him/her in the water.

  • Aw what a lil sweety.. I like when he goes bobbin for a treat near the end

Also.. this is extremely random.. but, thats a nice faucet

  • If you keep him as an indoor-cat,do not keep him alone as he also needs to be in touch with other cats.If you ha ve an indoorcat, you should have at least 2 cats. That is just my experience.

  • If there was confusion, I didn't say you called them wild cats or that I want them to be wild cats or want a wild cat.

I just think it's ridiculous when people like Marty say you shouldn't own them because they belong in the wild. Anyone should be able to tell they're domesticated. There's a huge difference in appearance between them and any wild cat. :P

  • Ah I missed that, I thought your reference was just that mine wasn't doing anything wild in the video so he must act just like a regular cat with some markings. I agree with you, bengals are for anyone who will spend a good amount of time with their cat. My bengal is 100% indoor cat and needs a lot of play. Thanks for watching my video.

  • I like how smoothly you made him curious about the water. :P

Also, I'm totally confused about how anyone could think Bengals are wild cats. Just because they're stripey they must be wild, or what? They don't look different from any other DOMESTIC cat other than the stripes. :P

  • Bengals are something like 4 generations down from an Asian Leopard Cat sire.. or so I have read. Any closer to the source and your cat will not use a litter box. They are not so much wild as they are VERY instinctive. What do you expect from a wild cat anyhow, two tales??? If you want a wild cat get a Linx or a Bobcat.. and good luck with that experience!

  • Very cute. Reminds me of my Troy.

  • Anyone know of any good online reources for preparing for a "new roommate" and what you should be doing?

  • cuuuuute

  • music is unbearable.

  • That kitten is adorable :D

  • who cares about ur opinion?

  • i was reading a bit in a magazine here in the uk and it was saying how rare the lynx cat is and how pretty bengal cats are

  • bengals are amazing i have one its a constant battle to keep your house intact they are alot of fun though

  • I work in an animal shelter here in Ft. Lauderdale. We have a beautiful, young BENGAL MALE available for adoption: We're located in Ft. Lauderdale. Anyone interested??

  • i think i have a bengal mix. hes out of a regular ole grey tabby cat but he looks like a barble snow bangal but with siemese cat markings on his feet, faceand tail

  • I have 3 bengals and aslo a snowshoe, the only negatives i've found is that they can be very noisy.. my Brown spotty is very vocal.. my silver spotty is not as bad and the blue eyed snow is quiet, so it's a bit of a lottery. They are great cats, but don't xpect them to sit on your knee! Lap cats they aren't!

  • Mine is 3 mos and sits on my lap for short periods when she's sleepy. When she's on the move however, she can't be contained!

  • oooh snap marty

  • Actualy if my history is correct then: Bengals are a cross breed between an Egyptan Mue and a "Wild Cat" (apparently a breed of cat in it self). The breed was made by an american guy almost 100 years ago. Bengals are very domesticated cats. BTW- I got my Gryphon, a bengal, from an animal shelter.

  • rong. the bengal breed is only about 30 years old and its a cross between theasian leopard cat and many breeds of domestic cat

  • my cats love greenies they try 2 take the bag

  • y is it somebody has just got to bitch about something. Where do you think dogs came from? Wolves! does that mean we shouldn't have a dog?

  • These aren't wild animals although they have a wild ancestor, but ALL cats do. My bengal girl came from a breeder certainly doesn't belong in the wild, she wouldn't survive. She's only a tiny percentage 'wild' anyway.

  • im considering buying a bengal,

but besides theyre good points are there any negatives?

  • how u cute!!

  • Beautiful colouring on this kitten, he really is a little leopard!!! Let me quess, you were using "Greenies" as his treats right? LOL MY cats would do anything for them too!!!

  • you are so gentle with this baby!

  • i use to have a bengal...den one day someone stole him :(

  • aww really? that sucks....:( bengal cats are expensive heh?

  • sorry about that! If I didn't live on a busy street I would still keep him inside fearing a cat-napper (or is that a sleepy guy?). I would walk him on a harness but if you do show them the great outdoors they will cry incessantly to be taken outside, and these cats are vocal!!!

  • love the second song lol

  • we have baby bengals too! they are 1 week today.

  • the kitty is too cute! an aww 1 week old lil kittyyyyyy hehe my sis has 2 bengals an there only like a month or sumthin old lol there soooo cute

  • So, so cute! My Siamese loves the water. She runs into the bathroom, jumps up on the sink and then howls if I don't come in to turn on the water! ;) I'd love to have a Bengal kitty but I've got an evil landlord who won't let me have more than one kitty. :(

  • This is a stunning bengal with beautiful markings.FYI out there: these kittens start at around $800. Not your everyday cat. My bengal now has all my cats playing in the water.

  • Thanks! Great breeder in Washington sells these for

    550 last I checked.

  • cool man. how much did that bengal cost you?

  • lol my cat hates water, but she'll drink out of my cups of ice water i'll have laying around

  • Essential cat/kitten accessories: Video camera :-D

  • sooo cute :3

  • yeah,what's his name ?

  • Hunter. He stalks me around the house.

  • pretty cool video,realy nice (:

    and,beatiful cat!

  • Thx!

  • Your kitten is so cute! What is his name?

It's a shame that the video cuts out in the middle. Maybe you could re-upload it?
