Puerto Rico talks a lot in english and understand it! I'm a puertorican and I speak spanish perfectly!!!! Infact, I'm in enrich in english and regular in spanish (enrich means like first class in your school and regular is like regular and LC means 3rd class) How dare you say puertoricans do not talk nor understand english?!?!?!
