This isn't true. The bill is to be given the final verdict of consideration tomorrow - 21st January 2012. However, it seems that they have put it on the back burner because of the resistance of so many organizations and companies. As of today (20/1/12) Facebook is also resisting. Keep the pressure on and sign all petitions that come your way.
