i lived in nc for a year in a leaf hut learning and mastering techniques. i like a longer bow because it takes less energy and you can drill longer which is necesary especially if its rainy or you have to resort to using an unfavorable wood. im not knocking, i like the videos. keep up the good work.
looks good. chordage is hard to use for bow string. shoe laces work better. the bows arent long enough. longer bows give more spins per stroke and the notch wasnt wide enough. you can tell by the amount of material sitting on top of the baseboard. aslo the hand holding technique needs improvement. it saves energy to wrap the wrist around the shin as much as possible for stabilization.
