Actually, Adore is just one of the best albums EVER made i remember buying the tape and putting it and i would often listen it with my dad when we were in the car and he was always saying it was their BEST album. A couple of years after, like 2 years ago i finally bought the cd cause my mum's got it or i dunno when my parents divorced and i still wonder where the fuck it is. SP never disappointed me

I don´t think Billy is an ass kisser. One thing makes me admire Corgan is his tightness and honesty writing songs like talking for medias. Once Rolling Stone Mag asked him for his favorite band actually and he didn´t name a band from his lable neither his country. He adviced an independent band called SWAVE, giving very good comments about their song "In the future"

This album was heavily criticized when it was released in 1998. At least here in sweden. The critics blamed Billy Corgan for being too pretentious and for not knowing in wich direction to go. 10 years after the elease of Adore, the same critics love tha album. It-s simply (in my opinion) their best after Siamese Dream and I've always loved it since the 1st June, when being released in sweden.
