Lylat Wars Mission 1 (Star Fox 64)

I remember buying killer instinct 64 as I had my eyes on it for a while. The day I bought it I saw lylat wars on display. Still I had decided to buy KI64. When I got home KI64 bored the hell out of me after playing an hour, I was then barrel rolling in my bed all night about my crappy buy. Lucky they took the game back in the store the next day and I got Lylat wars with a rumble pack included. It was an awesome game and the first game ever with a rumble pack as far as I know.

shoot on W left roll Q right roll E flying Arrow keys and Alt Space C and V for the C-Keys. i managed to play this on hard mode so :) god dam i love this game on my N64 but i was too lazy to plug my N64 in :D

@luigifan586 Star fox 64 was named Lylat Wars in Europe due to someone else having the rights to the name star fox, I think.

Also, the European version has an option to enable SNES Star fox-like gibberish talking.

i remember the first time i played this. i had such high hopes because of Starwing (Star Fox in Europe for SNES) and i wasn't disappointed when i got to hear my wingmen actually engaged in english radio-chatter :D :D :D ...... they all sounded exactly like i imagined their voices :D :D :D :D ... and then Slippy opened his mouth :X .. ... or should i say "her" mouth..?

Level one mission complete. Does everyone know that if you travel through all the loops from 3:12 you will verse a different boss? If you defeat him you will get mission accomplished and you will travel to a underwater mission. And further on into the game if you eventually get to the left side of the last planet you will verse Andross in his true form! Game will have a different ending.

This title was released as Star Fox 64 in most territories but had to be renamed in Europe due to issues with the trademark. Exactly the same game just different names :) Unless you mean the original Star Fox which was released on the 16 bit SNES (and better than this sequel imho)

Their was 1 diffrence.The PAL Versions of StarFox64/Lylat Wars had the orginal Lylat lanuage which was the voice from the SNES StarFox/StarWing.But you could still play the game in english as well.

Does both Lylat wars and Starfox 64 versions have Speach when they talk? When i played this in brawl Masterpieces and it was 3 minue trial demo there werent any speech (Like when peppy said do a barrel roll, it sounded messy computer sound)

No, PAL had english language. You could choose to switch it to 'Lylat' (gibberish) if you wanted, no idea why anyone would do that though.

i know how u get to the hidden part of the level is to have falco alive and go through all the tunnel bits when u come up to them on thev ocean then he takes u round a different way thats how u go onto the other planets.

Do you have the European SSBB? If so, it should include a lylat speech option that makes it jibberish. You can change it to english in the language section. Either way, you should DEFINITELY get it on VC!

Absolutely right, this video is played in project64 and keyboard as you can see if you look at the movement of the pointer. I actually have a xbox 360 pad for my pc and now it is played really well. I recommend it.

Uhhhhhmm, Starfox 64 didn't have an easy/medium mode. It had "Main Game" and "Expert" only.

It's also very easy to go through this game and not die.
