I would have a "musicgarsm" I if could play this stuff. Nice playing indeed, but maybe the strat would suit better to this song using the bridge and middle pickup with tone at about half. That's how I like to play now :-)

my favourite part on this solo is from 1:01 to 1:05.....amazing!! I think Guthrie's dynamics there were more aggressive and yours is much more gentle. Jess you are truly astounding. Very inspiring to watch you play. How many hours do you practice a day?

Amazing playing. But you bend your left wrist too much. Sometimes your hand is almost 90 degrees in relation to your arm. It can be dangerous, you can hurt yourself playing that way. Take care.

@MrPierrethecat You have a point. As a forcibly retired acoustic guitarist due to chronic tendonitis in my left elbow I understand all too well the risks of faulty technique. That said Jess has relatively short fingers which may necessitate her bringing her wrist forward to gain adequate extension on the fingerboard. Hopefully if she warms up properly, takes regular breaks and does not over practice the same fingerings she should be fine. I wish I had done that myself.
